First day : Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Ait ben haddou - Ouarzazate

Departure from your accommodation at 8 am. We will cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi N’tichka pass at 2,600m, until we reach the most famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a beautiful walled kasbah that served as a military defense and where several international films were shot, such as Obelix, Gladiator, Games of Thrones… We will visit the Kasbah which will take around 1 hour to explore this beautiful kasbah.

After the visit we will have Lunch then continue to Ouarzazate where we will visit the Atlas studios before we go to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation in the a Riad or hotel.

Second day : Ouarzazate - Draa valley - Rissani - Merzouga desert

After breakfast, departure to Merzouga desert through the beautiful Draa Valley, a river where there is more than 150 km of palm trees in line creating a spectacular contrast with the desert landscape. Finally, we will arrive at the Rissani, the ancient economic capital, and a traditional market, where the nomads meet to buy and sell their things, and finally, we will get to the dunes of Erg Chebbi arrival at the lodge near of the dunes. Accommodation at a hotel or riad.

Third day : Full day around Merzouga & Erg-Chebbi dunes

On the third day of our adventure we will have a full day around the desert of Merzouga to visit Hassi Labied garden, Khamlia village to enjoy the Gnawa music, then to the lead mines to explore where the local people work in the minerals.

We will continue to visit the nomad people in the desert and we will have the opportunity to have a cup of tea under their traditional tent, and to get to know about their lifestyle in the desert. we will back to Merzouga village and have lunch in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon we will ride the camels into the desert in order to get to the desert camp to spend the night under the stars, after dinner we will enjoy drums music around the campfire.

Fourth day : Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

It is advisable to get up early to see the sunrise from the top of the dunes. and after breakfast at the camp, we return to Merzouga then we continue our journey go to the spectacular Todra Gorges and then to the Dades Gorges. These are two incredible canyons formed by kilometers of immense steep mountains that reach 300 meters in altitude. We have dinner and accommodation in the hotel/Riad.

Fifth day : Dades Valley - Ouarzazate - Marrakech

Breakfast and we continue to the Valley of Roses until we reach the town of M’Gouna. We take the road back to Marrakech via the town of Ouarzazate (the city of cinemas in Morocco). Lunch at the port of Tizi N’tichka and arrival in the red city of Marrakech in the afternoon. Accommodation not included.
